Andrea Fishley brings over 30 years of management experience in marketing and communications to her role as Assistant Treasurer of the Dela Vega City Benevolent Society (DVCBS). A loyal and dedicated servant of the community, Andrea has spearheaded several key initiatives, including the community beautification project and the successful procurement of signs for each block and road in Dela Vega City.
Beyond her financial and organizational contributions, Andrea proudly serves as the Block Leader for her beloved Spanish Block. Known for her resilience and unwavering spirit, she continues to rally her block with pride and determination — even on sports days when Spanish Block faces tough competition.
