DVC Block Leaders
Dela Vega City is divided into four blocks—Henderson, Garvey, Spanish, and Rodney. Each block is guided by a team of block leaders whose role is to resolve issues amicably, organize community efforts, and mobilize residents for various initiatives. Their leadership is especially vital during Sports Day, when the spirit of block rivalry runs high—intense, competitive, and serious, yet always filled with unity, laughter, and fun.
